Asst. Prof. Dr.Pattama Patpong

Pattama Patpong is a teaching staff in M.A. and Ph.D programs in Linguistics. She teaches Syntax and Discourse Analysis to postgraduate students. Her research interests focus on Systemic Functional Linguistics of Thai grammar, corpus-based study of different text types including talismans advertisements, narratives, news reports, posts in social media platforms. Her interest also includes language documentation of Black Tai focused on Black Tai folktales, Black Tai ancestor worship and death rituals.
